Idoman is a privately owned Irish women's health medical device company focused on minimally invasive gynecological products. The company designs, manufactures, and distributes the Thermablate Endometrial Ablation System for treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding and abnormal uterine bleeding in women who have completed childbearing. It also manufactures the ExEm Foam Kit for tubal patency assessment in fertility workups and the Wing Needle for intrauterine anaesthesia during hysteroscopic procedures. Idoman operates from County Mayo, Ireland, with manufacturing in western Ireland and a Canadian operation in Toronto. Its products are marketed internationally through distributors and are used in multiple countries.
