Company intelligence / Profile preview
IHC Hytech was a Netherlands-based company that designed and manufactured professional diving systems, hyperbaric equipment, and medical hyperbaric oxygen treatment chambers. Its product portfolio included commercial and military diving equipment, life-support systems, decompression and saturation systems, and hyperbaric chambers for healthcare and industrial applications. The business operated primarily as an equipment manufacturer rather than a therapeutics developer, so it did not have a conventional drug pipeline. In December 2021, Royal IHC sold IHC Hytech B.V. to private investors through Pommec Hytech Holding B.V., with plans to merge Hytech’s operations with Pommec B.V. As a result, IHC Hytech appears to persist mainly as a historical/legal business name rather than an independently operating company brand.
