Illuminate Colorado

Illuminate Colorado is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families and preventing child maltreatment through research-based education, advocacy, and family support. Formed in 2015 through the consolidation of four specialized agencies, the organization addresses complex public health issues such as substance use during pregnancy and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders. They provide professional training, manage family support groups like Circle of Parents, and lead policy initiatives to improve child safety and well-being across Colorado. By collaborating with community and state partners, Illuminate Colorado works to build protective factors that ensure all children have the opportunity to grow up in safe and supportive environments.
