Imagia Cybernetics

Imagia Cybernetics was a Canadian AI-healthcare company focused on oncology, medical imaging analytics, and precision medicine decision support. The company developed software platforms that used artificial intelligence, radiomics, structured clinical data, and federated learning to generate predictive and diagnostic insights from imaging and other healthcare data. It expanded its capabilities through the 2017 acquisition of Cadens Medical Imaging and then merged with Canexia Health in February 2022 to combine imaging AI with genomics-based cancer testing. Following that merger, the combined business operated as Imagia Canexia Health and pursued precision oncology products for treatment selection and monitoring. The combined company later filed for bankruptcy in August 2023, and portions of its technology were subsequently acquired out of insolvency proceedings.
