Imaginatik was a pioneer in the innovation management software industry, providing platforms and consultancy to help large organizations manage their internal and external innovation processes. Its flagship software, Innovation Central, enabled companies to crowdsource ideas from employees and partners to solve complex business and technical challenges. While not a life sciences company itself, Imaginatik was a key technology partner for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with clients including Pfizer, Novartis, and Merck using the platform to accelerate R&D and operational innovation. The company was founded in 1996 and was publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market until its acquisition by Planview in 2019.
