Overview
Imagion Biosystems has completed a multi-site Phase I study of its MagSense® HER2 imaging agent for non-invasive detection of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. The company has begun manufacturing the agent ahead of a planned Phase II trial. Additional programs targeting ovarian and prostate cancers are at earlier stages.
