Overview
Immune Biosolutions has completed Phase I/II clinical trials of IBIO123, an inhaled antibody therapy for COVID‑19. In a double-blind trial with non-hospitalized adults during the Omicron wave, IBIO123 showed a higher rate of symptom resolution at day eight compared to placebo. The product demonstrated efficacy against all known variants in laboratory assays. Other programs are in preclinical or discovery stages targeting cancer and infectious diseases.
