Overview
IMPACT Therapeutics has developed a robust pipeline of targeted anti-cancer therapeutics based on the principle of synthetic lethality. Its lead product, Senaparib (IMP4297), a novel PARP inhibitor, achieved best-in-class efficacy and safety in a pivotal Phase III trial for first-line maintenance therapy in advanced ovarian cancer. The drug received marketing authorization from China's NMPA in January 2025. Other assets include WEE1 and ATR inhibitors in global Phase I trials and next-generation PARP1-selective inhibitors entering early clinical development[4][8].
