Imperial Innovations was a leading UK technology commercialization and venture investment firm focused on building and investing in pioneering technologies from top UK universities. It played a major role in the creation and growth of numerous biotech, medtech, engineering, energy, and environmental startups. The group invested heavily in early-stage life science ventures emerging from the "Golden Triangle" universities—Imperial College London, Oxford, Cambridge, UCL—and helped bring several to late-stage development or successful exits. In recent years it transitioned into Touchstone Innovations before being acquired by IP Group.
