Company intelligence / Profile preview
InCircle AB was a Swedish biotechnology company focused on developing improved formulations of established oncology therapeutics to enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity. The company's lead asset was Doxophos, a micellar formulation of the chemotherapy agent doxorubicin, which utilized a proprietary drug delivery technology to improve solubility and targeting. InCircle was acquired in 2016 by Oasmia Pharmaceutical (now Vivesto) to integrate Doxophos into its oncology pipeline. The acquisition allowed for the further development of Doxophos alongside other micellar chemotherapy products like Apealea.
