Indus Holdings

Indus Holdings was a California-based vertically integrated cannabis company focused on cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, brand sales, marketing, and distribution rather than traditional biopharma drug development. The company operated licensed adult-use and medicinal cannabis production capabilities and managed a portfolio of cannabis brands including Cypress Cannabis, House Weed, The Original Pot Co., MOON, Acme, and Kaizen Medicinals. Indus distributed products across California through its Indus Distribution division and positioned itself as a seed-to-sale cannabis operator. In connection with the acquisition of Lowell Farms, the company changed its name to Lowell Farms Inc. effective March 1, 2021, so Indus Holdings no longer operates as the current standalone corporate name.
