Overview
Inform Genomics developed OnPART, a genomic test that predicts chemotherapy-related side effects with greater than 90% accuracy. In a 384-patient Phase 1 study across multiple cancer types, the platform successfully identified SNP networks predictive of six common chemotherapy side effects including nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, peripheral neuropathy, oral mucositis, cognitive dysfunction, and fatigue[1].
