InfuMedics is a medical technology company specializing in the development of advanced implantable drug delivery systems, most notably the Prometra programmable infusion pump. The company's core technology features a patented dual-gated valve mechanism designed to provide high dosing accuracy and extended device longevity for intrathecal drug delivery. This system is primarily used for the targeted administration of medications like morphine and baclofen to treat chronic pain and severe spasticity.
