Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care

Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care is a physician-led, nonprofit healthcare services organization serving the Inland Empire region of Southern California. It is a sister organization to the Riverside County Medical Association and supports local physicians through provider network administration, population health quality improvement programs, education, and special healthcare initiatives. The organization works with health plans, independent physician associations, and medical groups to improve clinical quality, close care gaps, streamline workflows, and support value-based care across commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and Dual Special Needs populations. IEFMC also organizes the Foundation Accountable Care Network, a Medicare Shared Savings Program accountable care organization.
