Inland Empire Health Information Organization (IEHIO) is a California-based nonprofit healthcare interoperability and health information exchange organization serving the Inland Empire. It links regional healthcare stakeholders to Manifest MedEx and coordinates data sharing for point-of-care treatment, care management, and population health analytics. IEHIO also operates ConnectIE, a community resource platform that helps connect providers and patients to social services and broader whole-person care resources. Its Empower Care initiative supports small and solo medical practices with social drivers of health screening and referral workflows.
