Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS) Foundation was the philanthropic arm of a non-profit health services collaborative based in Spokane, Washington. The organization was a joint venture between Providence Health & Services and MultiCare Health System, designed to provide shared healthcare resources across the region. Key services under the INHS umbrella included St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute, Northwest MedStar air ambulance, and extensive health information technology systems. The foundation specifically focused on funding community health programs, medical research, and clinical education. In 2017, the joint venture was restructured, and its primary service lines were integrated directly into the operations of its parent health systems. This transition allowed the parent organizations to streamline care delivery while maintaining the specialized services previously managed by INHS.
