Complete pre-clinical development result of cMET-targeted oral degrader ICTP-101 for NSCLC will be available in August 2025. IND for a global phase 1 study will be filed to US FDA by November 2025. ICTP-101 is being developed as monotherapy for NSCLC patients with cMET amplification and as combination therapy for NSCLC patients with resistance after MET-TKIs or EGFR-TKIs treatment.
