InnoGI Technologies has developed the SurroGUT™ platform, a highly realistic in vitro model of the human gastrointestinal tract. Their technology is used by pharmaceutical companies and regulators like the U.S. FDA to predict oral formulation behavior, reduce animal testing, accelerate development timelines, improve IVIVC/PBPK modeling accuracy, and de-risk clinical trials. Over 250 APIs have been evaluated using their systems. Their tiny-TIMsg system was recently acquired by the U.S. FDA for advanced research on oral drug absorption under contract #75F40123P00476. They have also partnered with Simulations Plus to integrate their technology with GastroPlus® software for next-level predictive modeling solutions.
