Overview
InnoUp Farma has developed a patented nanoparticle-based oral drug delivery platform. Its two lead clinical-stage assets are an oral immunotherapy for peanut allergy (INP20) and an oral formulation of paclitaxel chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer (INP12), both reportedly in Phase 2 trials. The technology aims to improve the safety, efficacy, and patient convenience of drugs that are otherwise difficult to deliver orally due to low bioavailability or toxicity concerns. The company also explores the use of its nanoparticle system as an adjuvant in vaccines and immunotherapies.
