Innovation Asset Collective

Innovation Asset Collective (IAC) is a Canadian not-for-profit, membership-based organization established in 2019 and funded by the Government of Canada. Its mission is to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the data-driven cleantech sector develop, protect, and leverage intellectual property (IP) strategies. IAC provides education, strategic counsel, patent generation support, prior art research, and access to a defensive patent portfolio. The organization does not develop therapeutics or healthcare products but instead focuses on empowering Canadian innovators to retain ownership of their IP assets and compete globally[1][2][3][4][5].
