Overview
GCC19CART has shown promising results in clinical trials for relapsed/refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (R/R mCRC). In a dose-escalation study in China, at dose level 2 (2 x 10^6 CAR-T/kg), the objective response rate (ORR) was 50%, with median overall survival (mOS) exceeding 26 months. In the U.S. Phase 1 study, at dose level 1 (1 x 10^6 CAR-T/kg), among four patients, the ORR was 50% with mOS of 17 months. At dose level 2 (12 x 10^6 CAR-T/kg), among five patients, the ORR was 80%, and the mOS has not yet been reached.[1][2][6]
