Trillium
Phase 1- Indications
- Tricuspid regurgitation
Company intelligence / Profile preview
Innoventric has developed a novel cross-caval transcatheter approach to treat tricuspid regurgitation. Its lead product, the Trillium™ technology, enables functional tricuspid valve replacement by using the caval veins as fixation sites rather than relying on the native valve. The first-in-human European clinical trial has seen over 10 successful implantations with a reported technical success rate of 100%, no aborted procedures, migrations, or fractures. Implantation time is under 15 minutes. The Unica™ device has also been implanted successfully in at least one case as of September 2024.
