Innovis Health

Innovis Health was a prominent healthcare system and regional medical center based in Fargo, North Dakota. Established in 2000 as a joint venture between Dakota Clinic and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, the system provided comprehensive hospital and clinical services to the Upper Midwest. In 2008, Innovis Health and its partner Dakota Clinic joined the Essentia Health system to enhance regional care coordination. By 2010, the Innovis Health brand was retired and fully integrated into the Essentia Health identity. During its tenure, the facility served as a significant site for numerous Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials for major pharmaceutical companies.
