Innovus Pharmaceuticals developed and commercialized over-the-counter medicines and consumer healthcare products focused on men’s and women’s vitality—including sexual/reproductive health—and respiratory diseases. Its portfolio included more than thirty-five branded OTC products sold through direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels as well as retail partners. The company pursued both internal development of new OTC formulations/devices and acquisition/in-license of existing brands/products supported by clinical evidence. In February 2020 it was acquired by Aytu BioPharma; in August 2024 the business unit was divested to a private buyer following operational wind-down.
