InSight Telepsychiatry

InSight Telepsychiatry is a U.S. behavioral health services company focused on delivering psychiatry and therapy through telemedicine. The company built a national telepsychiatry network serving hospitals, community mental health centers, clinics, and direct-to-consumer settings, with offerings spanning on-demand, scheduled, and at-home care. In 2018, the business was recapitalized by Harbour Point Capital, and in December 2019 it merged with Regroup Telehealth to form InSight + Regroup. In January 2021, the combined organization rebranded as Array Behavioral Care, under which the legacy InSight business continues as part of a larger virtual behavioral health platform.
