The Atlantic Cancer Research Institute (ACRI), originally founded as the Institut de recherche médicale Beauséjour, is a non-profit medical research organization based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. Established in 1998, the institute is a center of excellence for translational cancer research, specializing in genomics, proteomics, and liquid biopsy technologies. ACRI is globally recognized for its proprietary Vn96 technology, a synthetic peptide-based platform designed to capture extracellular vesicles for early cancer detection and treatment monitoring. The institute operates within the New Brunswick Centre for Precision Medicine and plays a leading role in the Atlantic Cancer Consortium and the Marathon of Hope Cancer Centres Network.
