Institute of Research for Food Safety and Health

The Institute of Food Safety and Health (IFSH) is a world-class research consortium located at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Bedford Park, Illinois. Established in collaboration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the food industry, IFSH focuses on advancing food safety, food defense, and nutrition through integrated research and outreach.
