Intellisys was a specialized provider of clinical trial technology solutions, primarily focused on Integrated Response Technology (IRT). The company developed and managed Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Interactive Web Response (IWR) systems used by pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to automate patient randomization and clinical supply chain management. By streamlining the logistics of global clinical trials, Intellisys helped sponsors maintain trial integrity and optimize drug distribution. In March 2013, the company was acquired by BioClinica (now part of Clario) to bolster its eClinical service offerings and provide more robust randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) solutions.
