Interactive Clinical Technologies (ICTI) was a pioneering provider of eClinical solutions, specifically focusing on Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The company specialized in developing and implementing Integrated Voice Response (IVR) and Interactive Web Response (IWR) systems to streamline patient randomization and clinical trial supply chain management. Founded in 1994 and based in Yardley, Pennsylvania, ICTI became a market leader by offering the IXRS platform, which integrated voice and web interfaces for real-time trial management. In 2007, ICTI was acquired by the Almac Group, leading to the formation of Almac Clinical Technologies. Today, the technology developed by ICTI continues to serve as the foundation for Almac's industry-leading Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) services.
