International Academies of Emergency Dispatch

International Academies of Emergency Dispatch is a nonprofit, standards-setting organization focused on emergency dispatch and response services rather than a drug-development biotech or pharmaceutical company. It develops and maintains evidence-based dispatch protocols, provides training and certification for emergency dispatchers, accredits emergency communication centers, and supports research in emergency call handling and triage.
