International Diabetes Federation Europe

IDF Europe is the European chapter of the International Diabetes Federation, representing over 70 national diabetes associations across 44 countries. As an umbrella organization, it advocates for the rights and needs of people living with diabetes and their healthcare providers at the European level. The federation works closely with the European Parliament and other stakeholders to influence health policy, improve access to care, and promote diabetes prevention. Its activities include awareness campaigns, research coordination, and the development of best practice guidelines for diabetes management. Through its Corporate Alliance, the organization collaborates with leading healthcare companies to drive innovation and patient-centric care. IDF Europe also plays a key role in monitoring the implementation of diabetes-related resolutions and frameworks across the European region.
