Company intelligence / Profile preview
International Lifestyles, Inc. was a dietary supplement company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, best known for its flagship product Enzyte, which was marketed for male enhancement. The company achieved significant commercial success in the early 2000s, largely driven by the ubiquitous 'Smiling Bob' television advertising campaign. However, the firm became the subject of a massive federal investigation into fraudulent business practices, including deceptive billing and unsubstantiated health claims. In 2008, the company's founder, Steve Warshak, was convicted of over 500 counts of fraud and money laundering, leading to the effective dissolution of the original business. The brand assets were subsequently liquidated and sold to third-party distributors, while the original entity ceased operations.
