IntraHealth International is a global health non-profit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes by strengthening the health workforce and health systems. Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the organization works in over 100 countries to ensure health workers are well-trained, supported, and equipped to provide high-quality care. IntraHealth specializes in health workforce development, digital health innovations, and the scale-up of services for HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, and family planning. A pioneer in digital health, the organization developed iHRIS, the world’s leading open-source health workforce information system. In 2024, IntraHealth joined DAI, a global development firm, to enhance its capacity for delivering integrated health and development solutions worldwide.
