As a division of Investrend Communications, Inc., the syndicate operated a platform that connected independent financial analysts with companies seeking to increase their market visibility and investor reach. The firm was particularly active in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, frequently publishing reports on emerging life science companies that lacked traditional investment bank coverage.
