Invex Trust

Invex Therapeutics is an Australian biopharmaceutical company focused on repurposing the GLP-1 receptor agonist exenatide for the treatment of neurological disorders characterized by high intracranial pressure. The company's primary focus has been Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH), a condition for which it developed a proprietary formulation known as Presendin. Although Invex progressed Presendin into a Phase 3 clinical trial (IIH EVOLVE), the study was recently halted due to recruitment challenges and changes in the standard of care.
