Overview
invIOs has demonstrated strong preclinical proof-of-concept data with its lead programs. The small molecule candidate INV501 shows robust anti-tumoral immune responses and can cross the blood-brain barrier. The EPiC platform’s first asset, APN401, has shown initial clinical results as an ambulatory autologous transient cell therapy targeting Cbl-b. Clinical trials are ongoing/planned for advanced solid tumors and glioblastoma.
