Invitek Molecular

Invitek Molecular is a Berlin-based molecular diagnostics and sample preparation company focused on nucleic acid purification, sample management, and diagnostic workflow solutions. Historically, the company developed manual and automated DNA/RNA extraction products, customized assay and workflow solutions, and contract development and manufacturing services for in-vitro diagnostics customers. In January 2023, ALS acquired Invitek Molecular GmbH, and in May 2023 combined it with ALS Diagnostics under the Invitek Diagnostics brand. The business remains active commercially under the Invitek Diagnostics identity, offering products and services spanning sample collection and stabilization, nucleic acid extraction, PCR-based detection, ELISA, lateral flow testing, oligonucleotide synthesis, and laboratory workflow support. It is a tools-and-diagnostics company rather than a therapeutic drug developer, so it does not have a conventional drug pipeline.
