Founded in 2016, the company specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing patient-friendly, scientifically sound formulations designed to address nutritional imbalances and health issues in children and families. Its commercial portfolio includes well-known brands such as Curkey (curcumin pastilles for cold and cough), Tasiron (iron supplements), Imki (respiratory health syrup), and ByRx (probiotics for dysbiosis). In November 2025, pharmaceutical major Cipla acquired a 100% stake in Inzpera for approximately 110.65 crore INR, subsequently merging the company fully into its corporate structure in August 2026 to streamline operations and expand its pediatric and wellness footprint.
