Iora Health

Iora Health is a U.S. value-based primary care company focused primarily on older adults and Medicare populations. The company built a relationship-based, team-oriented care model that combines in-person care, virtual support, health coaching, behavioral health, and population health workflows. Iora Health developed its own care-enablement technology platform, known as Chirp, to support longitudinal patient engagement and primary care operations. In 2021, Iora Health was acquired by One Medical in an all-stock transaction and its senior-focused clinics were subsequently integrated and rebranded under One Medical Seniors. The business is healthcare-services oriented rather than a drug-development biotech or pharmaceutical company.
