The IoT Community (Internet of Things Community) is the world's largest and longest-standing global independent ecosystem of IoT practitioners, consisting of over 50,000 members. The organization focuses on the adoption and application of IoT, AI, and edge computing across various industries, with a significant emphasis on healthcare through its Healthcare IoT Center of Excellence (HIoTCoE). It provides a collaborative platform for clinicians, engineers, and technology providers to develop best practices, reference architectures, and playbooks for connected care and remote patient monitoring. The community also hosts the IoT Slam conference series, which serves as a major forum for healthcare innovation and digital transformation within the life sciences and medical sectors.
