IQ Therapeutics was a Dutch biotechnology company focused on the development of fully human monoclonal antibodies for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and biodefense threats. The company's core technology, the IQ-Mab platform, enabled the cloning of antibodies directly from the B-cells of immune human donors, ensuring high affinity and reduced immunogenicity. Its lead product candidate, IQ-Anthrax, was designed to neutralize the protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis and progressed into Phase 1 clinical testing. Additionally, the company maintained research programs for H5N1 avian influenza and rabies.
