Ironfist Therapeutics is a pre-clinical stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel immunotherapies for hematologic malignancies. The company's primary focus is on targeting T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing-3 (TIM-3), a key immune checkpoint receptor expressed on both immune cells and leukemic stem cells.
