IRP Health was a Canadian multidisciplinary healthcare services company and clinic network focused on chronic pain, physical rehabilitation, and mental health care for veterans, first responders, and other high-need patient populations. The business operated under the name Integrated Rehab and Performance before rebranding to IRP Health as part of its expansion under Ketamine One/Wellbeing Digital Sciences. Its best-known offering was the commercial Reactivation program, a physician-supervised interdisciplinary pain management program used in Veterans Affairs Canada-related care pathways. In October 2022, Pathway Health announced the acquisition of certain operating assets of IRP Health, indicating that IRP Health no longer operated as an independent company thereafter.
