ISALT

iSALT is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of localized immunotherapy for the treatment of solid tumors. The company's proprietary iSALT (Immunotherapy Selective Activation at the Local Tumor) platform utilizes a unique formulation technology to create a localized depot of potent immune-stimulating agents within the tumor microenvironment. This approach is designed to maximize therapeutic efficacy by converting "cold" tumors into "hot" tumors while significantly reducing the systemic toxicity often associated with potent immune activators like STING or TLR agonists. iSALT was founded based on research from the MD Anderson Cancer Center and is currently being incubated by Fannin Innovation Studio.
