Company intelligence / Profile preview
Isogen is a Canadian joint venture between Framatome and Kinectrics dedicated to enabling the large-scale production of life-saving medical isotopes using commercial nuclear power reactors. The company designed, manufactured, and installed the first-of-its-kind Isotope Production System (IPS) at Bruce Power's nuclear generating station in Ontario, Canada. Through this system, Isogen provides irradiation services to produce key medical isotopes, such as Lutetium-177 (Lu-177) for targeted cancer therapies, without interrupting clean energy generation. Isogen partners with Bruce Power and ITM Isotope Technologies Munich to secure a reliable, global supply chain for precision oncology treatments.
