IsoTis was a leading orthobiologics company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative bone graft substitutes for use in orthopedic, spinal, and trauma surgery. The company's product portfolio was built around its proprietary Accell Bone Matrix (ABM) technology, which provides both osteoconductive and osteoinductive properties to promote bone healing. Key products included the Accell line of demineralized bone matrix (DBM) putties and gels, as well as DynaGraft and OrthoBlast. IsoTis was formed through the merger of IsoTis N.V. and GenSci Regeneration Sciences and was later acquired by Integra LifeSciences to bolster its regenerative medicine business.
