Overview
Siplizumab has demonstrated the potential to allow organ transplant patients to discontinue all immunosuppressive drugs post-transplantation. In phase II trials it enabled successful transplants without lifelong immunosuppression. Recent phase II trials have been completed in renal transplantation with positive results reported as of December 2024.
