Company intelligence / Profile preview
iTheranostics developed a library of fibroblast activation protein (FAP) targeting agents, including FAPI-46 and FAPI-74, for radiopharmaceutical imaging and therapy. The company licensed global therapeutic rights of these compounds to Novartis for clinical development, while retaining responsibilities for commercializing imaging tracers. The clinical stage of the compounds themselves in Novartis's hands is not public, but as of the deal, they were pre-clinical to early clinical.
