Company intelligence / Profile preview
Livasa Hospital, formerly known as Ivy Hospital, is the largest corporate chain of multi-specialty tertiary care hospitals in Punjab, India. Founded in 2007 by Gurtej Singh and Dr. Kanwaldeep Kaur, the network operates several NABH-accredited facilities across cities like Mohali, Amritsar, Khanna, Hoshiarpur, and Nawanshahr, with plans to expand to Ludhiana. The hospital chain offers comprehensive medical services across over 25 specialties, including cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, orthopedics, and renal transplants. In September 2023, India Resurgence Fund (IndiaRF), a joint venture between Bain Capital and Piramal Group, acquired a majority stake in the company, leading to its rebranding to Livasa Hospital in late 2024 and driving its expansion to a target of 2,000 beds.
