Overview
J‑Pharma’s lead compound nanvuranlat met the primary endpoint in a phase II study in Japan for advanced biliary tract cancer patients resistant to Gemcitabine/Cisplatin. The company plans a global phase III trial starting in 2024 and expects regulatory submissions to FDA/EMA by 2026–27. Nanvuranlat has shown significant improvement in progression-free survival and long-term safety/tolerability. Indication expansion into first-line BTC therapy and other cancers (colorectal, kidney, brain) as well as autoimmune diseases are planned.
